Importing Applications into your Loan Origination System has Never Been this Easy! Loan Officer Receives Application via Email
Step 1: Borrower Submits Application for Processing. The Loan Officer then opens the file that is attached to the notification email, which contains the borrower’s encrypted loan data.
Data Import Manager Opens by opening the attached data file.
The Loan Officer will receive a Prospect Summary Report via email when the borrower has submitted their application. Applications can be routed directly to the correct loan officer, provided the borrower has selected their preferred loan officer from a list at the beginning of the application.
Firecomm’s Data Import Manager software is then automatically started, which decrypts and then imports the loan data into your LOS with just a few clicks.
Step 4: Loan Data Flows into your LOS
The data contained in the application is then imported and available in your Loan Origination System software once the required information has been entered into the Data Import Manager. No more retyping loan data over and over!
