The initial setup fee for Firecomm's Virtual Mortgage-IT Department™ service is $25 per supported workstation/laptop and $50 per supported server. This one time fee covers the initial assessment and configuration of each supported machine and the network in general. It is in addition to the regular monthly service rates listed below.

About Flat Rate Pricing
Our base rates are calculated in accordance with our clients' historic utilization of covered services. Although 'flat rate' does not mean 'unlimited,' less than 30% of our flat rate clients require rush service or additional services for which they are billed separately.
With traditional IT service pricing, support requests are received, paid for, and serviced, independent of each other. With flat rate pricing, support requests are received, prioritized, scheduled and serviced. This offers the distinct advantage of knowing that the normal, day-to-day management of your corporate network is taken care of, while providing the flexibility to pay separately for higher priority service, on a case by case basis, if an emergency arises.

- Discounts are available to clients who elect to pay quarterly, semi-annually, or annually
